When Ariel accepted the position of Restrained Elegance resident slavegirl in training, we wanted to come up with a series of elegant, sexy and submissive poses, postures and positions for her to learn. We intended them as a mixture of ways in which she could be tied up and stress positions which were inherently hard to hold but which looked gorgeous.
I'd vaguely remembered that the John Norman Gor books had a bunch of slave positions, but not having read them for twenty years I decided to work on our own lexicon of poses and positions first. When I did finally go to look up the Gorean ones on the web I was surprised by how few there actually were, and how simple most of them seemed to be. I think I prefer our version!

It was first thing in the morning, and I'd woken before Ariel (who seemed to be sleeping quite soundly in the cage). I figured a demerit to wake her up would be just the thing... and since she's really hated the bastinado so much, what better way to say good morning than by chaining her feet in the air and lashing the soles of the her feet until you can see the stripes glow red? Cruel, but she needed it. And she wanted it.

She still has demerits to pay off- so it is a spiky time for Ariel! First she is made to stand on the dreaded spiked board, barefoot, then I made her dance a little with the pinwheel on all the most sensitive areas of her body... which of course made her try to get away, which of course meant she kept shifting her feet on the spikes!

It was nearly 24 hours of bondage, countless demerits, and her first night sleeping in a cage... we have reached the end of Ariel's Long Term Bondage! Just one more demerit to pay off and then she will be free!
Of course I wasn't going to let her off easy... so the last demerit was electric shocks with the violet wand... but still standing on the horrible spiked board!
Thank you for the kind comments and constructive criticism we've had about the Long Term Bondage series. I'm glad that we stuck to our guns and really went for it this first time- I think if we do a sequel we will probably go for more cameras, a cameraman or two, and some more creative editing. But there was definitely something to be said for seeing things exactly as they happened with just the two of us in the studio.
Thanks to those who have posted in the forum too- I know Ariel has really appreciated the feedback on her ideas! We have lots of exciting (and painful!) things in the pipeline for Restrained Elegance Nights!

You may recall a month or so ago there was a thread on the forum where people were trying to guess which of the France preview photos were taken by me and which by Kate. Steve won, and we said he deserved a prize. Kate, Ariel and I put our heads together and came up with the idea of doing another photo tutorial for Steve as a fitting prize... so we did! Happy New Year! To celebrate, Restrained Elegance is proud to present the first installment of our new Restrained Elegance Nights long-term bondage story!
Our first long-term bondage experiment was a totally stripped-down shoot, just one camera, Ariel and me. This time we wanted to keep the feeling but allowed ourselves a bit more flexibility with a second camera so we could shoot a few more closeups of the action.
We also wanted a slightly different mood. The first one had been very dark and intense, and someone on the forum had wondered if we could do a 'long term love bondage video'. The brief I gave Ariel was for a very consensual and loving bondage story. Of course, Ariel being Ariel, it didn't quite turn out that way! It is 100% consensual, but as you will see from later episodes it gets pretty intense again! The storyline lent itself very well to me taking on a character a bit like a driving test examiner, and so we started calling it the 'Bondage Driving Test'.
But anyway, more of that later... for now, let's join Ariel as she submits herself for an examination by a master so that she can advertise herself on a masters-and-slaves website. She has been told a little of what will be in store, but first the examiner wishes to interview on her bondage fantasies, her aspirations, her dreams...

After the interview, the examiner begins by performing a physical evaluation. He rates her on a scale of 1 to 100 on beauty of her face, quality of her makeup, elegance of her hair, her figure, her deportment and many other categories. Then they proceed to the bondage store-room so that Ariel can select the items she wants to use on herself for her first bondage test: self bondage! She chooses rope, but admits that she's not really tied herself up before. Will she be able to satisfy the examiner, or will she make a mess of it?
