Story

October 20, 2017, 2:41pm. Petty Theft. 18 year old Caucasian male, 5 5, had loose fitting clothing on and seemed to be watching out for signs of staff watching him. The suspect was seen by customers placing items under shirt. The loss prevention officer on duty was engaged and took the suspect into custody. During apprehension, the suspect seemed very immature and full of attitude. Upon simple search, the stolen merchandise was recovered. With no prior charges on his record and the items in question of little value, the loss prevention officer decided to scare the young man straight. An understanding was reached by the suspect and the loss prevention officer, and he was released without involvement of law enforcement. $20.85 retail value recovered for the store without incident.
